How do I choose a size?

Use the size chart and sizing system on the exact product. Check whether measurements refer to your body or the garment, and allow for the layers you intend to wear. Boot sizes can use UK or EU labels; do not assume the same number means the same fit across brands.

Does every workwear item count as PPE?

No. Everyday work clothing and protective equipment have different purposes. Where your job requires protection, check the exact model's manufacturer documentation against your workplace specification. A category name, bright colour or photograph does not establish certification.

How much is UK delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £4 per order, including VAT, for the addresses available at checkout. Items can arrive in separate parcels. Delivery estimates and any product or postcode limitations are shown before you pay. Read our delivery policy.

Who handles my order?

Fleeta Limited is your retailer and point of contact. Selected suppliers send products directly on our behalf. Contact us if there is a delivery, product or return issue.

Can I return an online purchase?

Consumer purchases have statutory cancellation rights, normally including 14 days after receipt to tell us you are cancelling and a further 14 days to return the goods. Separate rights apply to faulty or misdescribed goods. Our returns policy explains the details, costs and limited legal exceptions.

Will buying subscribe me to emails?

No. Marketing email updates are optional and specific to 100 Percent Workwear. You can unsubscribe at any time.
