If you wish to Return an item for a Refund or an Exchange then please remember to include a copy of your Invoice or add a note with your details on including your Name, Address and Order Number. Please also remember to write which size and colour you now require or if you require a Refund.


If you do require a new item sending to you (within the UK) then we ask that a payment of £3.50 is made to help cover our postage costs to send the new item to you, alternatively you can reorder your new size/colour and return the original order for a refund.

We are now able to offer our UK Customers the chance to take advantage of our special contract rates with Royal Mail, you can now purchase a Returns Label from us for £3.50 which in most cases will be less than you will pay at the Post Office. We understand how costly it can be to return an item so we are offering the returns label at cost. If you wish to purchase one then you will need to contact us, we will require payment via PayPal using our email address, alternatively you can ring us on 01200 414060 and make payment by Credit or Debit Card.

We will process your Return once we have received your item back safely. This is normally processed within 1-2 working days after the receipt of your parcel. It is your responsibility to make sure the parcel is returned to the correct address and using a suitable service, we recommend using a Tracked service with adequate insurance in case of loss or damage in transit. If you have any questions or concerns then please contact us.

If we have sent you an item which is incorrect or faulty then please contact us, we can provide you with a Returns Label for UK Customers. We are here to help you.


If you are an overseas buyer and you wish to return an item then please contact us first, we can provide you with full return instructions and also costs involved should you require an exchange. You would be responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order. In this case we would find a suitable solution.


£3.95 GBP - STANDARD UK DELIVERY on all orders less than £75.00 GBP within the UK. We use Royal Mail 48 Second Class Post and Courier Services depending on value, size and weight. Estimated Delivery 3-5 working days. Qualify for FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY when you Spend £75.00 GBP or more!

PLEASE NOTE: All orders have a two working day handling time, when you choose the Expedited Shipping method it means that we will dispatch your order on a faster delivery service. We are unable to ship the same day.

We regret that some postcode locations in the UK are not eligible for the Expedited Service, if you are unsure then please contact us for advise.

When possible we will send your parcel in one shipment, there maybe some circumstances where we have to dispatch from different warehouse locations. If this happens then any additional costs incurred will be covered by ourselves.
